  • The organic cotton casing is closed and spring unit is now ready for the next stage

  • The machine is carefully cleaned and inspected in preparation for assembly

  • The Organic Suede Cotton outer cover is prepared and the spring unit loaded

  • The first of the several carded cotton pads are carefully placed in the machine for insertion

  • And we are now ready to add the same layers to the top

  • Beautifully sealed in its organic suede cotton covering, the mattress emerges from the machine
