ABOUT OUR ORGANIC FABRICS

Organic cotton towels feel a little different when new, and for good reason. During the weaving process, cotton yarn naturally requires a wax coating. Conventional manufacturers often remove this using harsh chemical detergents, however these are not permitted under organic certification standards.

Instead, our towels are processed using gentler methods, so they may initially feel slightly firmer when new. With washing, they naturally soften and become increasingly absorbent over time.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To maintain softness and extend the life of your organic cotton towels and robes, wash at temperatures below 40°C, with under 30°C preferred where possible. Tumble drying on low heat can also help improve softness and absorbency.
