Do you offer discounts?
We completely understand the desire to access our products at a lower price, but as a general rule, we are not able to offer discounts.
The majority of our products are made in Australia using certified organic fabrics and fillings, and Australian grown chain of custody certified hardwoods, with a strong focus on safety for people experiencing acute chemical sensitivities. This involves much higher material costs and small-scale, ethical manufacturing and handling processes.
We take great pains to set our pricing to be as lean as possible, so we can operate sustainably while still supporting those who rely on our products for their health and wellbeing. Maintaining consistent and fair pricing across the board is also important to us, particularly for customers who need ongoing access.
We do offer end of line, factory seconds and any products with small faults at reduced prices and these can be found in our Clearance section.

Are online discount codes for Organature legitimate?
You may come across websites claiming to offer Organature discount codes or coupons. These codes are not valid.
Many third-party coupon sites generate generic or outdated codes to attract traffic, even when a brand doesn’t publicly offer discounts. These codes are not authorised by us and won’t work at checkout.
Organature does not regularly issue discount codes, and we don’t partner with coupon websites to distribute them. If we ever do run a promotion, it will be communicated directly through our official channels, such as our website or email newsletter. You can subscribe here.
We recommend being cautious when using third-party coupon sites, as they may collect personal data or create misleading expectations.

Do you work with influencers or offer gifted collaborations?
We’re often approached about social media/influencer collaborations and gifted partnerships. While we understand the value they can offer, this isn’t something we participate in as a general rule.
Our focus is on supporting real customers who rely on our products for their health and wellbeing, particularly those managing acute chemical sensitivities. Because of this, we choose to direct our resources into product quality, ethical manufacturing, and keeping our pricing as lean and accessible as possible.
Rather than paid or gifted promotions, we prioritise genuine customer experiences and word-of-mouth. The feedback and reviews we share are from people who have chosen to purchase and use our products themselves, which we believe offers a more transparent and trustworthy reflection of how our products perform.
