Our staff do not wear any perfumes, lotions, sprays or other toxic body-care products and all their clothing is washed in chemical free washing powder to make sure that every aspect of our manufacturing, storage, supply, transfer and delivery process is as clean and as pure as possible.
Even the ink we use to print our invoices and price-lists is the safest we can find on the market.

Buying clothing online can sometimes be a little tricky. Clothing sizes in Australia tend to vary dramatically from shop to shop so it’s best to take measurements yourself and then compare them to our size guides. You can either measure your actual body or measure a piece of clothing that fits you perfectly. Here’s how to get accurate body measurements.
C This measurement should be taken directly under the armpits and span right around the body across the widest part of the chest.
Bust: Wrap tape measure around the body under the armpits, and around the fullest part of the bust.
Shoulders: Measure across the top back of the garment from shoulder seam to shoulder seam.
Sleeves: For mens shirts, this is the measurement taken from the back of the middle of the neck to the end of the cuff. For women’s garments, this measurement can be taken from the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff.
Waist: To measure your own waist size, wrap the tape measure around your waist at belly button height. To get the right size of pants and skirts, measure across the very top of the garment, then double. For shirts and dresses, measure at about 6 – 8 inches (15 to 20 cm) below the armpit, then double.
Hips: Stand with legs about 6 inches (15 cm) apart and measure around the fullest part of the hips. If you’re measuring an actual garment (pants and skirts) measure about 8 – 9 inches (20 to 23 cm) down from the waist, then double.
Length: For skirts, measure the front center of the garment from the top of the waist to the bottom of the hem. For shirts and dresses, you may measure one of several ways, depending on the style of the garment – measure from the shoulder seam to the bottom of the hem, from the armpit to the bottom hem, or from the center back neck to the bottom hem.

Roomy Mittens that cannot be pulled off, and do not need to be tied on. Better than tying or taping around sore wrists. Designed for night time use (when most scratching occurs). Occasional daytime use during vulnerable, itchy times - like watching TV or car journeys.
100% better than 'fold over' mittens which tend to be a small square of fabric sewn on the wrist of a garment - when pulled over the hand shortens the sleeve length and squashed the hands - ouch! Dry layer over 'wet wrap' bandages. Gentle raglan sleeve prevents uncomfortable tight restrictions around armhole. Soft natural colour, flat seams inside and out with rainbow stitching. Tear off label on the outside - no dyed print on the inside. Double layer mittens to protect and minimise damage from scratching. What a good idea - roomy mittens that cannot be pulled off and do not have to be tied on. Can be hot washed at 60c or boil washed, cool tumble dry.
Lighter weight fabric - 180 gsm - not too hot for itchy eczema.
Note: we recommend that hands are not routinely covered in daytime to allow the child to develop their important hand/eye co-ordination skills.

The age guide is intended for approximate age only – the height is the most important measurement. Before ordering we suggest that you measure the height of your child – measure from the top of the head to the heel

All our children are differently sized, so we size our clothes on height alone. Our clothes are generously sized with plenty of room to grow, so please buy true to size. Each size should fit until the child is ready for the next size up, therefore, there is 10 cm (4 inches) growth in each size so, for example, a size 90 will fit until the child is ready for size 100. If your child is measuring 92/94 then still buy the size 90 as the size 100 in turn will fit up to a 110 and would be huge on a 92/94 size.
The most common reason for return of clothing is because it is too big.
