Packaging and Handling
Packaging and Handling
How we handle our products is just as important as the products themselves.
Instead of plastic packaging or wraps, we use True Cellulose packaging, which is completely non toxic, safe for food storage and fully biodegradable.
Our staff do not wear any perfumes, lotions, sprays or other toxic body-care products and all their clothing is washed in chemical free washing powder to make sure that every aspect of our manufacturing, storage, supply, transfer and delivery process is as clean and as pure as possible.
Even the ink we use to print our invoices and price-lists is the safest we can find on the market.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: These underlays will shrink, mostly in length during the first wash, and due to this these products have been made longer and may seem too long for the mattress to begin with. Machine washable at a maximum temperature of 30 C and may be tumble dried on a warm setting again at a maximum temperature of 30 C too. Some people wash these products in a temperature too hot and tumble dry too hot even though the labels state 30 C. This has the potential to shrink the fabric further. If you follow our recommendations, these will wear well and last for many years to come.
